Preparation Comes First

Render is only as good as the surface it goes on. Walls need to be sound and clean, with loose material and existing damage put right first. Corners and edges are set out so the finished render has straight lines and clean returns.

Weather and Timing

Render should not be applied in frost, heavy rain or very hot, dry conditions. Dates are planned around the forecast and may need to move to protect the finish. Paths, drives and planting next to the wall are protected while the work is carried out, and everything is cleaned up afterwards.
